Jeremy Remmy spent 20 years searching for his life’s path. A former thermo-technical engineer at a nuclear power plant, in 1996 Jeremy took the bold step of following his heart. He walked away from the security of a steady job and the familiarity of home, and moved from the Ukraine to the United States. Initially, Jeremy worked as a caregiver for a health services company in Chicago. He gave therapeutic massages to the elderly and the disabled. It was during this time that Jeremy became aware of his own unique gifts – his nurturing touch helped people heal.
Inspired by the awakening to his ability to help people heal, once again Jeremy changed his life. He enrolled in the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and continued to gain experience while working as a volunteer at Lutheran General Hospital. He later provided chair massage for the employees of Baxter Co over 4 years. Upon graduation in 2000, Jeremy also began working at the holistic clinic “The Way to Optimal Health”, where he has been able to combine his passion and expertise of massage, with his understanding of the links to mind, body, and spirit. There Jeremy’s talents and abilities has been nurtured and grew by joining the phenomenal team of holistic practitioners lead by Dr. Darren Weissman. He worked there over 8 years and earned a brilliant reputation as masterful professional, as gifted healer and as a person. In addition to being a deep and intuitive listener, Jeremy provides his clients expertise in different types of deep tissue massage, Raindrop Technique™, myofascial release, acupressure, reflexology, muscle therapy, pregnancy, sport, chair, hot rock, lymph drainage, aromatherapy, spiritual-emotional healing, and some other specialized forms of massage therapy.

Ali has worked in the wellness and healing industry helping thousands of people achieve physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial health since 1999. Her passion is showing women how to go from feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed to empowered, confident, and in control. She uses a holistic approach to healing that takes into consideration the mind-body relationship and looks at all of the person’s parts as opposed to only treating the symptoms. As a certified holistic welness coach and Reiki master teacher/intuitive healer, Ali has extensive training in nutritional cleansing, mindfulness and mindset coaching, energy healing, intuitive work, aromatherapy, and other healing modalities. This experience in combination with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and her own personal diagnosis and self-healing from Fibromyalgia has given Ali a perspective on the importance of a well-rounded approach to wellness.
Before starting her own holistic wellness practice, Allison worked as the lead therapist, heading the clinical esthetics department at the prestigious Tiffani Kim Institute in Chicago. In 2002, she started her company, Karma Healing Solutions, within a busy doctors’ office at North Shore Hospital in Skokie (Formerly Rush North Shore). She used both western and eastern modalities and philosophy to address issues such as hormone balance, skin issues, sleep, gut health, youthful aging, and stress management.
Ali offers private, intuitive healing/reiki coaching sessions, group workshops and accountability calls, online health groups and an empowerment group called karma healing sisters for women, as well as free nutritional detoxification support and guidance for those with a wholesale account for the superfood grocery store that Ali is partnered with.
